My Lord,
I have the honor to report
the result of two Land sales recently
held, one on the 29th ultimo
and the other on the 5th instant.
I enclose the Return of each as furnished by the Surveyor General.
From which it will be seen that the premium received on the leases amounts to 6,260 Dollars or £1,262.10, and that
the sum of £603.12.6 has been added to our Annual Rental.
